There's plenty to do at this wonderful beach resort, including jet ski-ing, surfing, fishing (surfcasting, rock fishing or hire a charter boat), diving or swimming> Or if you're not into water activities, take a stroll up to the functioning lighthouse, around the ancient rock formations, or dare yourself to take a journey up the exciting Castle Rock.

Castlepoint is teeming with wildlife. Seals and penguins are seen daily frolicking in the water or resting on the rocks, pods of dolphins make regular passes just offshore, and the occasional orca is seen passing through.
